MSF is the largest private landholder in the Maryborough district and is the owner of agricultural land in three separate cane growing districts, as follows:

• Maryborough - 5,449 hectares
• Isis - 69 hectares, and
• Babinda - 320 hectares.

In association with these land holdings MSF also owns the following water allocations:

• Lower Mary Irrigation Scheme - 7,429 ML, and
• Bundaberg Water Supply Scheme - 146 ML.
